IBM WebSphere Liberty is the successor of Websphere 8.5 and 9.0

As far as we know, IBM WebSphere Liberty does not follow semantic versioning, but does monthly releases and encodes dates into the release numbers (e.g. see https://github.com/OpenLiberty/open-liberty/releases). We will have to find a solution for which releases we support as we won't be able to keep up with and ensure compability with all versions in our CI.
