E2E Test - Proivde a test for the 'Create new User' workflow

      Goal
      Provide test cases that cover the users menu in admin. In addition to the existing Protractor test this scenario should focus on the user flow:

      • add new user
      • edit user profile
      • add user to groups
      • add user to tenant
      • delete a user
