[Bug] In pipelines, snapshot are not being deployed to nexus

      When using pipeline ci

      Current behavior:

      • The main CE master don't deploy the SNAPSHOT to nexus, from build log:
      [2021-03-23T10:31:58.305Z] [INFO] Deploying remotely...
[2021-03-23T10:31:58.305Z] [WARNING] Nothing to deploy, directory "/home/work/workspace/.15_cambpm-ce_cambpm-main_master/staging/deferred" does not exists!

      Expected behavior:

      • Main CE and EE deploy SNAPSHOT artifact to nexus.
