Steps:

1. Push to CE repo and trigger the CE main pipeline
2. EE main pipeline is triggered as downstream
3. Observed, only two test stages are triggered in EE main pipeline. Expected, all stages are executed.

Acceptance Criteria (Required on creation):

All EE main pipeline stages are triggered when the pipeline is triggered as a downstream of CE main pipeline.
