Acceptance Criteria (Required on creation):

The two lists of community extensions are removed:

• https://docs.camunda.org/manual/latest/ (the list at the bottom of the page)
• https://docs.camunda.org/manual/latest/introduction/extensions/#list-of-community-extensions

Hints (Optional):

• Extensions now live in the hub and it is hard for the dev team to maintain a list of extensions
• The hub offers adequate ways to discover extensions
• We should do this when most extensions have been migrated to the community hub or at latest by the end of Q3
