Prerequisites:

7.15+ Declarative pipelines run on master+PR for 6 weeks and no big issues (including performance) persist (CAM-13317)

Acceptance Criteria (Required on creation):

• The freestyle jobs for 7.15/7.16 covered by declarative pipelines are removed from the code base
• Unless agreed something else docker and release jobs must not be touched

Hints (Optional):

• The change can be initialized and driven by Dev team, however changes are done on Infra side and must be reviewed by them.
