[Optimization] In pipelines, extract INFO logs to separate log file

      AC:

      • logs the normal log output to separate log file and logs only errors and warning to the console. That way the end output of the pipelines build will be reduced drastically and potential CPU issues will be prevented when accessing the logs in Jenkins instance.
