User Story (Required on creation):
Deployments can be scheduled when deploying a process model via Cockpit
Functional Requirements (Required before implementation):
- I can add an activation date for a deployment in Cockpit's "Create Deployment" dialog
Technical Requirements (Required before implementation):
- Add a date picker to the deployment creation dialog
- Transfer the chosen date when creating the deployment via REST API call
