    Description

      Problem:
      The jUnit 4 Process Engine Logging Rule is located in the Camunda Commons repository. The Logging Rule is used by multiple modules of the camunda-bpm-platform project. If the code for the Logging Rule is ever updated, a new release of the Camunda Commons project would need to be released.

      AC:
      The jUnit 4 Process Engine Logging Rule is migrated to the camunda-bpm-platform/test-utils module.
