Clean-up Maven Reactor hierarchy in the platform repository

      Problem:
      Multiple camunda-bpm-platform Maven Reactor modules inherit from the database/pom.xml. For the following modules don't need the database/pom.xml:

      • engine-dmn
      • engine-rest
      • model-api
      • ...

      Acceptance Criteria (Required on creation):

      The Maven Reactor hierarchy is refactored so that unnecessary inheritance from the database/pom.xml is removed.
