      Description of the problem:

      Users do not always understand that they cannot make diagrams or models for Platform and deploy them on Cloud and vice versa.

      Desired outcome and acceptance tests: 

      While Engineering is working to make errors more clear and guide users programmatically, we should make this clearer in the documentation.**
