Error Boundary Event without errorRef catches all exceptions

      Scenario:
      Service Task with attached error boundary event.
      If there is no errorRef defined, the boundary event catches all Exceptions, including internal process engine exceptions.

      This was changed in camunda BPM 7.0.0-alpha9 and the behavior was different in previous releases. Could be an unexpedted sideeffect of CAM-1035

      Expected behavior: same behavior as in camunda BPM alpha8
