      • Necessary Liquibase resources are available to install and update database instances
      • Resources are integrated in the SQL Scripts artifact and in the pre-packaged distros and Run
      • Liquibase scripts are tested automatically in CI
        • Tested for general correctness (i.e. can be executed without error for an installation)
        • optional: tested for equality against manual installation - handled in CAM-13782
