      Acceptance Criteria (Required on creation):

      • There are automated tests for
        • Install with Liquibase 7.16.0 changelog and update with 7.17.0 changelog
        • Install with manual 7.16.0 scripts and update with Liquibase 7.17.0 changelog (after setting a baseline using changelogSyncToTag)

      Hints (Optional):

      • We might consider to also switch to Liquibase maven commands for setting up the migration tests starting with 7.16 to 7.17
