    Description

      Acceptance Criteria (Required on creation):

      • The minor version update guide 7.16 to 7.17 explains how to
        • Update the database with Liquibase (new) and with manual scripts (previous default)
        • Set a baseline for existing manual database installations to update with Liquibase afterwards (using changelogSyncToTag with the latest version from the ACT_GE_SCHEMA_LOG table)

      Hints (Optional):

      • The update guide could simply point to the new central database schema installation guide
