Improve status monitoring of batch jobs

      User Story (Required on creation):

      As an operator I quickly want to understand the status of all batches:

      • ... when started e.g. a "Set retries of jobs belonging to the process", i want to be able to easily find the status of the started batch job in the cockpit. Even, if there are 20+ batch jobs already running.
      • ... ended batches should not confuse the "In Progress Batches view"

      Functional Requirements (Required before implementation):

      Add two new rows in Cockpit > Batches > Running Batches (Browser User Interface)
