Acceptance Criteria (Required on creation):

• There is a central mechanism to enable/disable java serialization format check for batches that change variables
• The mechanism is used in the following batch operations (at least):
  • Set Variables Batch
  • Correlate Message Batch

Two ideas on how to solve that:

• Create a flag in the command context
• Detect automatically if this is necessary by context (API call or batch job execution)
• Combination of both (i.e., automatically set the flag for batch job executions)
