[CAM-13934] Add support for Camunda BPM 7.16 in BPM Assert

Before running the release job:
- adjust parent version in examples and its submodules to the release version (without SNAPSHOT) to create a proper release source ZIP
- adjust version to release version (without SNAPSHOT) in the README
Done with the release job:
- bump Camunda version in pom.xml
After running the release job:
- adjust the parent version to the next SNAPSHOT in the examples and its submodules
- adjust compatibility matrix
- adjust Assert version in https://docs.camunda.org/manual/develop/user-guide/testing/#camunda-assertions
