[camunda modeler 4.8] Allow disabling context isolation

      User Story (Required on creation): As a Camunda Modeler plugin developer, I can access the host file system to set up a file watcher.

      Functional Requirements (Required before implementation): Enable plugin access to the host file system.

      Technical Requirements (Required before implementation): Add a flag to disable context isolation in the Camunda Modeler electron browser window configuration.

      Limitations of Scope (Optional):

      Hints (optional): The context isolation flag for the electron application now (electron v12+, modeler v4.8+) disables node integrations

            A similar PR was merged earlier, enabling the nodeIntegration flag: https://github.com/camunda/camunda-modeler/commit/c7f93c05ad99dc400b2a259f88e0ad96de641aed

            I've opened a PR here to demonstrate what's needed for contextIsoation: https://github.com/camunda/camunda-modeler/pull/2424

            It appears you have raised a Support request in the Camunda BPM project. Such issues are not subject to the agreed SLAs and they can be viewed by all internet users.
