Make Run feature-equal
Description
Goal / Business value
The goal of this epic is to enable, integrate or ease the use of features in Camunda Platform Run that already exist in the shared engine distributions. This strengthens Run's position as the default Camunda distribution, as there will be less reasons to pick the others over Run.
Features that are clearly not in the target use cases of Run are not candidates for this epic (e.g. Java-heavy features, process application deployments)
Scoping
CAM-13955 and CAM-13956 are optional, depending on time we have left and implementation effort. If we do not do them, we move them out of the epic and prioritize them individually in the future.
