Migrate npm account into organisation

      Let's move the External Task Client JS into an npm organization.

      Acceptance Criteria (Required on creation):

      • We have an camunda platform npm organisation
      • Developers are added as maintainers
      • Thorben has owner privileges, other team members are regular members (principle of least privilege)
      • The camunda-platform account is removed from the organization
      • The release instructions for the external task client is updated
      • The confluence page with the NPM credentials is removed
