User Story (Required on creation):
As an operator, I want to explicitly opt-in and be warned before executing a batch as it does have a big impact e.g. if a / many “Finished process” accidentally are restarted.

- Display Confirmation dialog from “Modify (Runtime)” - see attached also in “Restart (History)"
