Provide Prometheus exporter in SpringBoot

      User Story (Required on creation):
      As Operations Engineer, I do need a detailed monitoring to be able to analyze root causes of certain occurring errors

      Functional Requirements (Required before implementation):

      • Allow to monitor with Prometheus:
        • core-pool-size
        • max-pool-size
        • queue-capacity
        • wait-time-in-millis
        • max-wait
        • max-jobs-per-acquisition
