      User Story (Required on creation):
      As Operations Engineer, I want to be able to manage the history cleanup in C7/Cockpit.  

      Functional Requirements (Required before implementation):

      • Provide UI for the existing REST interface
        1. Manage clean-up time schedule.
        2. Start / Stop a running cleanup via the UI / cockpit.
