SEO-Improvement: reduce number of h1-Tags on camunda.org

      • on pages with navigation we need to change the following
        • h1-Tags become h2-Tags (without changing the layout)
        • h2-Tags become h3-Tags (without changing the layout)

      This is just for the items in the navigation, not for the Sites Title

      The motivation is that each site has only one h1-Tag
