Description
User Story (Required on creation):
As Operations Engineer, in case of an incident caused by a sub systems (processes engine, other application), i want to be able to effectively communicate via an action list with the other system owners. The action list contains all process instances impacted by the incident with the according business keys (e.g. CustomerID, OrderID, ...) used to identify the instance in the sub system(s).
Functional Requirements (Required before implementation):
- Allow export of process instances and selected process instance variables into a CSV action list. The CSV format allows all departments to easily process the list without additional IT skills (compared to e.g. JSON)
- The CSV format allows a copy&past as filter for #C7/Cockpit, i.e., the variable values can be copied from the CSV into Cockpit's in operator filter criterion "variable value"
- User flow
- Allow selection of process instances for CSV export
- All results of the search
- The current page
- A selection of instances on the current page
- Allow defining multiple variables (business keys)
- Allow selection of process instances for CSV export
Limitations of Scope (Optional):
- Export should work for at least 1000 process instances
- No 1:N data (e.g. Activities, Exceptions) are needed at this point in time.
- Scope of selectable process variables is process instance (no local variables)
- Only primitive variable types (string, number, boolean, date) can be exported
