Enterprise downloads page still offers JBoss AS 7 downloads for 7.16

      Acceptance Criteria (Required on creation):

      The Enterprise Downloads page still offers 7.16 download links for JBoss AS 7. However, the links (from 7.16.2 onwards) are broken. The links should be removed.
