User Story (Required on creation):
As Operations Engineer I want to be able to visually analyze problems with a huge amount of process instances. To do so i have to use filters and the filter results have to be applied to the diagram and the table displaying the process instances. This applies to Cockpit/ProcessRuntimeView and Cockpit/ProcessHistoryView
 
Functional Requirements (Required before implementation):

• Allow to define filter for process instances
• Cockpit/ProcessRuntimeView
  • Apply filter results to "Process Instances Table" and "BPMN Diagram"
• Cockpit/ProcessHistoryView*
  • Apply filter results to "Process Instances Table" and "BPMN Diagram"
  • Synch with / Disable "Instance Start Time" filter
