Acceptance Criteria (Required on creation):

There is a list of all properties that I can use to configure the process engine.
The list that exists in the deployment descriptor space is misleading, as it suggests that all properties included in the list can be used via XML deployment descriptors which is not correct (e.g., dmnFeelCustomFunctionProviders can only be used programmatically).

We should have a complete list of all process engine properties including a description of how they can be used (XML, Java).
