User Story (Required on creation):
As Operations Engineer I want a consistent view of the operation log
Functional Requirements (Required before implementation):
- Cockpit/ProcessHistoryView/UserOperationsTab displays all changes to a process instance
- E.g., when modifying a variable, the log does not show which variable changes were made to including the old and new value.
- A process instance migration or modification which has been triggered for several instances is not reflected in a single instance's user operation log.
- An annotation should be mandatory for each user operation, at least configurable engine wide.
