Acceptance Criteria (Required on creation):

Remove CI builds for:
- Wildfly 12
- IBM WebSphere 8.5
- Maria DB 10.2
- Maria DB Galera Cluster
- PostgreSQL / Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL 9.6
- Java Non-LTS Versions (9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15)
Remove any code we only have for compatibility with these releases
Remove docs we have for these specific environments (e.g. Galera cluster configuration)
