      Acceptance Criteria (Required on creation):

      • Remove CI builds for:
        • Wildfly 12
        • IBM WebSphere 8.5
        • Maria DB 10.2
        • Maria DB Galera Cluster
        • PostgreSQL / Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL 9.6
        • Java Non-LTS Versions  (9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15)
      • Remove any code we only have for compatibility with these releases
      • Remove docs we have for these specific environments (e.g. Galera cluster configuration)
