If you open a diagram with a data object which does not have any data object reference, there will be a message that the import function has automatically included the reference for you.
The problem is that you have to manually save the diagram but there is no sign that says you that you have to do it.
after some discussion with nico there are 2 ways to solve the problem.
1.) add behavior that change something after the import so that you have the save sign of eclipse on your tab
2.) add an accept changement button to the validation message so that it will save the diagram with the changement
