Rename Camunda Platform to Camunda Platform 7

      Acceptance Criteria (Required on creation):

      • Navbar - Camunda Docs -> Camunda 7 Docs
        • Update new Favicon/logo
      • Main Page title - The Camunda Platform Manual -> The Camunda Platform 7 Manual
      • Side-menu version - Camunda Platform -> Camunda Platform 7
      • Run a find & replace across all docs to update Camunda Platform -> Camunda Platform 7.

      My goal is to make it clear at the high level (via nav bar and menus) that users are navigating Camunda Platform 7 docs. I can commit to the first 3 navbar, title, and side-menu but the last item in italics I may need assistance from the engineering team to complete.
