Acceptance Criteria (Required on creation):

• We release Docker images with alpine version > 3.13.7

Hints (optional):

• Note that there is likely no implementation work to do here, because we build the images with a moving 3.13 tag (i.e. a new release receives the currently latest alpine patch)
• The purpose of the ticket is rather to track when we have built such a release, because as of today, version 3.13.8 or higher is not released yet
