Add H2 webapp to tomcat distribution

      The h2 webapp distributed with JBoss could be added to Tomcat distro as well (without changes). Would be cool to have that to be able to use H2 console immediately (currently users always shutdown Tomcat and access H2 then as they do not know the console).

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
