      User Story (Required on creation):
      As an operations engineer, I want to be notified if failure behavior occurs for an external worker. A worker crash (e.g. out-of-memory exceptions) can be indicated by several fetchAndLock without finishing the task. This ensures workers are ready to process tasks.
