Remove H2 webapp from Tomcat and Wildfly distributions

      Acceptance Criteria (Required on creation):

      • The H2 webapp is no longer included out of the box in the Tomcat and Wildfly distros
      • The documentation informs users about this change and explains why we are making it
      • To be decided: we offer the h2 webapp as a separate artifact that users can deploy to inspect their H2 database (challenge: keep CI to a minimum) We will not do this.
      • Rework the schema-isolation example
