User Story (Required on creation):

As an operations engineer, I want to see the access log describing the execution of the DRD (= DRD instance). To understand how a decision output is generated it is necessary to see the access log describing the execution order of decisions in a DRD. This feature allows a detailed analysis of how a decision was evaluated and generates trust and transparency for operations and business.

Functional Requirements (Required before implementation):

• Show matching rule number(s) alongside decision table outputs (like in Operate)
• Filter in "Decision Instances" by "Decision Requirement Definition Instance"
• Allow navigation from process instance view to "Decision Requirement Definition Instance"
• See the inputs and outputs for the "Decision Requirement Definition Instance" similar to the current view for single decisions
