In Cockpit EE, update frontend dependency chart-js to a version >= 2.9.4

    Description

      Acceptance Criteria (Required on creation):

      • The npm package chart-js is updated to the latest version or at least to a version >= 2.9.4
      • This only affects the enterprise edition
      • In Cockpit EE, the "Reports" subviews are manually tested and work and behave like before

      Hints (optional):

      • Bump to version 2.9.4 to get rid of vulnerabilities: only hovering breaks
      • Bump to the latest version: API changes; requires code refactoring
