Problem

The information shown on the introduction page of the invoice example /camunda-invoice/index.html is redundant with the information displayed on /camunda-welcome/invoice.html. The latter doesn't use any third-party javascript libraries like jQuery or Bootstrap, which we pursue since fewer third-party libraries mean less maintenance effort to update them.

Acceptance Criteria (Required on creation):

• The invoice example page of the welcome deployment is moved into the invoice example.
• The old invoice example introduction page and related jQuery and Bootstrap libraries are removed.
• The link on the welcome deployment is adjusted to the new location of the invoice example introduction page for the CE and EE
