Motivation

In the course of the development workflow, we tend to forget to update the commit hash in the package-lock.json file whenever we introduce new changes to the webapps translations. This leads to additional roundtrips with the QA Engineer or releases with missing labels.

Acceptance Criteria (Required on creation):

English translations are moved into the main repository.
