Make diagrams without DI importable

      Currently we will not import diagrams without DI.

      These diagrams are a common use case when generating BPMN 2.0 from other workflow description languages.

      We should

      • render all visible elements, even though they do not contain graphical information
      • generate DI information on the fly to make elements visible (and thus removable)
