When using the Camunda form with Taglist, the Save button can be seen underneath sometimes.

Steps to reproduce (Required on creation):

1. Start 7.18.0-alpha6 distro
2. Deploy the attached process and form or create process with a Taglist form that is located towards the end of the form
3. Start a process instance and open the Taglist dropdown

Observed Behavior (Required on creation):

Sometimes the Save button is visible underneath the list.

Expected behavior (Required on creation):

Similar to the Complete button the Save button is not visible when the Taglist dropdown is covering it.
