Fix renderer test suite in Internet Explorer

      The test suite for camunda-bpmn.js is currently broken in Internet Explorer (5 test cases fail) and Firefox (2 test cases fail). We should fix these test cases to ensure maximum compatibility with ALL kinds of modern browsers.
