Problem 1: The validation mechanism is switched on after update of the modeler plugin.

Problem 2: The validation is sometimes executed without being triggered by the user. (Can it be that we are included in some basic eclipse validation execution? We should't be!)
--> A user copied a bpmn diagram from one project to another --> then the validation was suddently switched on
