As Operator I can see suspended process definitions and instances

    Description

      AT:

      • always use a new "Zzz"-Visualization with a mouseover "currently suspended"
      • for suspended process definitions:
        • in process definition view, show "Zzz" after process definition name
      • for suspended process instances:
        • the state in the list of instance in process definition view shows suspension (red or green and "Zzz" or not)
        • in process instance view, show "Zzz" after process instance ID
