As Operator I can trigger a retry for a single failed job

      AT:

      • a retry for a specific failed job can be triggered in the failed jobs table
      • comparable to job suspension

            What about refreshing the display?

            • after a retry the timestamp will not be refreshed
            • after activating a suspended job the incident marker will not be refreshed
