Ctrl+Y does not work correctly for form fields

      1. Create a new UserTask
      2. Add a new "Form Field" (with a name, type etc.)
      3. press "OK" to add the new form field
      4. press "CTRL+Z" (the new form field will be deleted)
      5. press "CTRL+Y"

      -> The form field will not be added again (this only happens, when there does not exist any other form field)

      Expected Behavior: I press "CTRL+Y" the removed form field will be added again to the list of form fields.
