Label create not working correctly

    Description

      The following scenarios should create proper labels for the activities:

      • Assign name to sub process via properties panel
      • Assign name to sub process via direct edit
      • Assign name to call activity via properties panel
      • Assign name to call activity via direct edit

      They do not do it.

      Import of labels works correctly though.
