Reproduce steps:

• select some User Task activity
• in "Properties" tab add e.g. form key or some form fields
• change activity type to Service Task (using cogs icon showing on hover bpmn element in modeler)
• look at the source, there are tags from UserTask, but now in ServiceTask which doesn't use them
